To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met: • The product must be in its original condition and packaging. • The product must not have been used, opened, or damaged. • The product must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery. • The product must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team by email or phone within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN).
Pack the product in its original packaging and include the RAN.
Once the return date is confirmed, our courier service will arrange for it to be picked up from your address. Alternatively, you can return it yourself at our head office, 240 Edison Road, Pretoria West Industrial, 0183.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and issue a refund within 7 business days.
